These terms apply when you use craftsbeefy.com or buy from us. Please read them before you order. If you’re a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
1. Who we are

You need a free account to download files. Keep your login details safe and don’t share your account. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
3. Products and license
We sell digital products (KDP interiors, coloring and activity pages, graphics and templates). Each product page shows its formats, size and page count. When you buy or download, you receive the CraftsBeefy commercial license. Ownership of the artwork stays with us.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If we show a “was” price, it is a genuine recent price.
5. Immediate access and your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel. Because our products are digital, at checkout you ask us to give you access immediately and acknowledge that you lose this right once the download begins. You keep all your rights if a file is faulty or not as described (see our Refund Policy).
6. All-Access subscriptions
Subscriptions are covered by our Subscription Terms, including renewal reminders and 2-click cancellation.
7. Free downloads
Free accounts can download up to 10 freebies per day. We may change free allowances at any time.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no scraping, automated bulk downloading, sharing download links, reselling files, or trying to get around security or download limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
9. Custom orders
Custom work is quoted separately. The quote sets out the scope, price, delivery date and number of revisions, and these terms apply alongside it.
10. Our responsibility
We provide files with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses (for example lost profit or royalties), or for how marketplaces such as Amazon KDP treat your listings. Nothing limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
