Digital Product Refunds

All sales on Craftsbeefy.com for digital files are final once a file has been downloaded. Because digital products are instantly accessible upon purchase, we cannot process refunds after a file has been accessed.

File Issues

If you experience technical issues with a file or believe the product is defective, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering technical assistance or, if necessary, providing a replacement file. Replacement files will only be provided if the issue is verified as a defect in the original file.

Custom Orders

Custom design orders are non-refundable as they are created specifically to each client’s unique specifications. Our team works closely with clients to ensure satisfaction through proofs and revisions (as outlined in our custom order agreement) before final delivery. Any revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
