- Faulty file? Tell us within 30 days.
- Change of mind after downloading is not refundable.

We want you to be happy with every file. This policy explains when you can get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital downloads
- At checkout you ask for immediate access and confirm that your 14-day cancellation right ends once the download starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).
- Not downloaded yet? Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- Faulty or not as described? If a file is corrupt, missing pages, or materially different from the product page, tell us within 30 days. We’ll fix or replace it, and if we can’t, we’ll give you a full refund.
- We can’t refund simply because you changed your mind after downloading, or because a marketplace rejected a listing for reasons unrelated to the file.
All-Access subscriptions
- You can cancel at any time, and your plan stops at the end of the paid period.
- If you haven’t downloaded anything, you can cancel within 14 days of the first payment or any annual renewal for a full refund.

Custom orders
Deposits are refundable until work starts. After that, refunds depend on the work completed, as set out in your quote.
How to ask
Email contact@craftsbeefy.com with your order number. We reply within 2 working days and refund to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
