How do I download my files?
Click Download on any free or included product, or open My account → Downloads after you buy. Links are secure and refresh each time you click.
How many free downloads do I get?
Free accounts can download up to 10 freebies per day. All-Access members get unlimited downloads of included products.
What file formats do you provide?
Most products include a print-ready PDF (8.5 × 11 in) and high-resolution PNG files. Each product page lists the exact formats and page count.
License
Can I sell books made with your pages on Amazon KDP?
Yes. Every product includes a commercial license. See the license page for details.
Payments and refunds
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (through Stripe), and PayPal. Payments are processed securely, and we never see or store your card number.
Can I get a refund?
Because downloads start immediately, at checkout you confirm that you lose the 14-day cancellation right once the download begins. If a file is faulty or not as described, we’ll fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
All-Access membership
How do I cancel?
Go to My account → Dashboard and click Cancel plan. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Will I be reminded before renewal?
Yes. We email you before every renewal with the date and the amount.

Can you design pages for my niche?
Yes. Send your brief through the custom order form and we’ll reply with a quote.
